OUR PROCESS

We use proven system's change and organization development processes
which includes the following four phases:

 

  • ASSESSMENT
    Determine organizational strengths, needs, and readiness for change through climate surveys, observation, records, and interviews

  • DESIGN
    Analyze assessment results, verify vision and goals, develop change plan based on assessment results, and identify evaluation criteria

  • IMPLEMENTATION
    Monitor change plan, develop high performance teams, improve work processes, manage resistance, develop reward systems, and train in-house resources

  • FOLLOW UP
    Reinforce improvement effort through follow up consultation, and evaluate program results
